How do you handle complaints?
Speak to whoever is at reception on the day, or call 020 7946 0518. We would always rather hear about a problem in person and put it right.
Put your body in good hands
Call the studio to book a treatment, or simply pop in if you are passing along Rupert Street. We are open seven days a week, from ten in the morning until late.
