Relaxing (Tui Na) Massage
Primarily a relaxation treatment — one of the most popular styles for overall calm.

Tui Na, our traditional massage, is primarily a relaxation treatment. Chinese massage was first developed to increase oxygen flow and help release of toxins from your muscles. It is one of the most popular styles for overall relaxation. This is an oil based full body massage, using gentle strokes to release tension and revive muscles, leaving you both invigorated and relaxed.
What a session looks like
Your therapist will start at the back and shoulders, where most London tension collects, then work down through the lower back and legs before turning to the arms, neck and scalp. Thirty minutes covers the upper body; an hour covers everything without hurrying any part of it.
Tell your therapist at the start if a particular area needs attention, and speak up at any point during the treatment if you would like more or less pressure.
Benefits of this treatment can include
- Inspire relaxation
- Alleviate stress
- Relieve muscle tension
- Improving circulation
- Promote calmness
