Thai Massage
Bends, stretches and relaxes you — based on well-known Far Eastern techniques.

This is a yoga style treatment which bends, stretches, and relaxes you! The treatment is based on a number of well-known Far Eastern techniques and often combined with oil as used in Classic massage. Your therapist will use her hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to focus points along energy lines of your body. Wear loose clothing for a dry Thai massage or undress to your level of comfort for an oil-based Thai massage.
An active treatment
Thai massage is the least passive of our treatments — you are moved, folded and stretched throughout, and you finish feeling longer rather than sleepy. It suits anyone who sits still all day, anyone stiff after travelling, and anyone who finds a conventional massage too sedate.
Benefits of this treatment can include
- Loosen muscles
- Promote circulation
- Increase flexibility
- Boost energy levels
- Deeper relaxation
